The reward amount to earn products depends upon the current price of the product. You do not have to keep track of anything, our system will calculate and track your rewards for you. Each time you purchase from us, you will see the rewards awarded for the purchase. When you log in, you will see a current total of your points, as well as the option to use them.
If you want to use the rewards, you must log in first. You cannot add the items to your cart as you normally would.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Orders, and US Personal Checks. For Card-not-Present transactions, ordering from this site constitutes your "digital signature", and shall suffice as your signature for credit card transactions. In the event of a dispute, you agree to settle all disputes directly with the merchant.
In the event of a customer-initiated inquiry that proves invalid, Rolling Paper Warehouse.com or its assigns reserves the right to assess your account the prevailing rate for inquiries.
I don't have a credit card. How do I order?
We accept money orders for orders. Simply add the desired items to your cart as you normally would. Check out, and enter your name and address. Print the check-out page and mail it to our office with your payment. Once the money order clears our bank and the funds are deposited we will ship your order. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
We process all orders at 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm, Saturday and Sunday will be processed first thing the following Monday morning. Most items are in stock and will be shipped out the same day or the following morning. All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse.
We believe in your absolute right to privacy. We do not collect, sell, rent or distribute your personal information unless required by law. Orders are charged to your credit card from RPW Sales Inc. For UPS shipping all orders are shipped in a brown plain box. For Priority Mail shipping, all orders are shipped in a standard priority mail box . There are no indications as to contents of the box. We ship all orders via USPS for all domestic orders. Alaska, Hawaii are shipped via USPS. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. All items are shipped with delivery confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday. International orders have a only one option,Express Mail International. We only ship to Canada via Express Mail International. Sorry, we realize this is more expensive, but necessary due to many lost packages.

Occasionally packages are returned to us because the address provided was incorrect and could not be delivered. It is very important the address you enter is correct. We are unable to refund shipping on orders which are returned under these circumstances.
Availability of Items
All items on our website are in stock. In the unusual case where demand exceeds supply, we can obtain the items within 3-5 days.
When an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email. Customarily, we will hold your order until we can ship the entire order. This ensures accuracy, and you get precisely what you ordered.

We continually add to our warehouse. We listen to our customers and their needs. If there is something that you want, but do not see it on the site, please let us know. We work with several large master importers, and can usually obtain specialty items within 3-5 days.
Rolling Paper Warehouse stands behind all of our items. Please report any damaged or missing items within 48 hours of receipt as designated by delivery confirmation.. Email us at email@example.com , and our staff will usually respond within 24 hours with instructions for replacement. Returned items will be exchanged for similar items. If you fail to report damaged or missing items within 48 hours, we cannot honor your claim. Upon returning merchandise to merchant, customer is awarded full credit in the amount of purchase towards the purchase of similar merchandise, or alternatively, full credit on credit card, less shipping costs and 15% re-stocking fee. Customer has the right to change their mind regarding an order received. In this case, customer is responsible for both shipping and return postage, and will receive store credit, or credit to credit card in the amount of the transaction less shipping, handling, and insurance incurred by Merchant. Any order being returned for a credit must arrive here no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. If the shipping error is our fault, we will either credit your account in full, or issue a store credit for an amount equal to the error. The bottom line is if you do not like what you purchased, send it back. We want you to be happy.
We require that International Customers contact us via email or telephone to place orders. We do have customers all over the globe. We gladly ship to all countries with the exception of the Middle East and Indonesia. Delivery time for orders outside the US can take up to six weeks due to transit issues and clearing customs. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for any customs or duties. Please also bear in mind that customs in some countries hold orders for longer periods of time.
