You must be over 18 to purchase rolling papers or tobacco products. Florida laws have several requirements if you are purchasing tobacco products from our website. All cigar wraps and Cyclones are considered tobacco products and are subject to a 85% tobacco tax. Brands that are subject to the tobacco tax are Brown Sugar rolling papers, Cyclones, Double Platinum, Juicy Cigar Wraps, Juicy Natural Leaf, Kingpins and Zig Zag Cigar Wraps.
We require a phone call to verify you are over 18. You must fax a copy of your drivers license to 772-287-0696.Product must be shipped with age verification, meaning you will have to show your drivers license to the UPS driver. Package must be marked with a tobacco products stamp.
These rules are set forth by the state of Florida, not our company. The state of Florida does not want us to sell to minors, nor does Rolling Paper Warehouse want to sell to minors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
