We are now offering fixed shipping for all domestic orders. $8.25 gets your order shipped via USPS Ground within the continental United States, and Priority Mail to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam regardless of weight. Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days within the United States. We ship Monday through Friday. International orders shipped first class mail can take as long as 2 weeks, depending upon customs and your local service. All items are shipped with tracking numbers or delivery confirmation. For our international customers we recommend to use USPS International Express Mail, although this is more expensive your order will arrive quicker and have been tracking information will en-route to you. For your protection, orders will be shipped only to the billing address listed on the credit card. Should you wish to have your package sent to an alternate address you must first contact your credit card company and add the alternate shipping address to your card. This can be done as an alternate shipping address or note in your credit file.
If you require your order in an expedited manner, please contact us at email@example.com. For an additional charge (levied by the carrier) we can ship overnight, and 2 or 3 day air. For expedited shipping, the credit card billing address must match the shipping address as well as the address on file with your credit card company. Sorry, no overnight shipping to international addresses.
Shipping is usually arranged with UPS or USPS Global Express Mail. We ship Monday through Friday. Please be aware that you will be liable for customs and duties. Please do not ask us to under-value international product for duty calculations: we cannot afford to lose our business. If you do not pick up your package at customs and it is shipped back to us, you will only receive credit for the product, your card will be charged for the shipping costs that we incur. As of 8/22/2011 we only to Canada via Express Mail International. Sorry, we do realize this is more expensive, but it is necessary due to lost packages.
Customs, Duties, and TaxesYou are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from rollingpaperwarehouse.com, as the recipient is the importer of record and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If you do not pick up your package at customs and it is shipped back to us, you will only receive credit for the product, your card will be charged for the shipping costs that we incur. If your product is seized by customs due to it is not allowed to be imported, you are responsible for the full amount of the charges. It is your responsibility as the recipient to insure it is allowed to be imported into your country.
We process all orders at 2:00 PM Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed first thing the following Monday morning. Most items are in stock and will be shipped out the same day or the following morning. All orders are shipped from our Florida warehouse.
We believe in your absolute right to privacy. We do not collect, sell, rent or distribute your personal information, unless required by law. For UPS shipping all orders are shipped in a plain brown box. For all Priority Mail shipping, all orders are shipped in a standard priority mail box.
