Paper roll-up-tips are extremely popular in Europe. In our opinion, if you are going to roll, you should really use a tip. They prevent wastage by giving smokers a spacer at the end of their cigarette (no more burned lips), plus, they help prevent that lovely "ptUUUeehh" sound you make as your tobacco slips out of the end of your cigarette and gets caught in your teeth. Available in both perforated and flat. Perforated is easier to roll, but connoisseurs prefer regular flat.
